Welcome to our payment and insurance information page. Daily Bread Counseling accepts cash, credit cards, checks and most insurance plans as payment for services. We use Authorize.Net as our safe and secure gateway for credit card transactions.
Daily Bread Counseling has contracted with Trustwave to provide compliance with the new Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Program. Daily Bread Counseling management is committed to these security policies to protect information utilized by Daily Bread Counseling in attaining its business goals. Daily Bread Counseling has obtained PCI DSS Certification of Compliance.

The following links are provided to assist you in gaining all the needed information to determine your benefits for counseling. By contacting your insurance provider, before you come for a session, you will be able to pre-certify your counseling sessions, determine your co-pay (Specialty), and learn if you have a deductable and if you need an authorization number. If you have any problems with your pre-certification, please let us know.
If your insurance company is not listed, then contact them and determine your out-of-network benefits. In Arkansas, we are an “any willing provider” state and benefits are available even if our Counselors are considered out-of-network. Daily Bread Counselors will be able to work with you to determine your payment.
Remember, the client is ultimately responsible for payment.
